Nails on a chalkboard and especially a fork scraping on a plate. Ooooo just hate that one!

ewwwww, that one too for me. Oh my ears, I am cringing just thinking about it.

I hate these ones too. It makes me all shivery even thinking of them.

Shrimp. Ulllllch!!! Gross. It''s an entire little body ... eeek, why would you eat that?! The texture completely grosses me out.

Raw meat. Isn''t that a given? It''s just gross to touch. I can handle raw chicken, but raw red meat just sickens me.

The sound of utensils scraping the plate or the teeth. Drives me mental.
Sound of someone brushing their teeth. I have to keep my mouth closed when brushing.
Someone being or trying to be sick.
Whining child.
The feel of carpet. I hate carpet.

It''s interesting to me though- so many people hate velvet. I worked with someone who basically feared it. I have a ton of velvet and I wear a lot of it during the winter. At work if for some reason I was near him and then he realized I had on velvet, he would bolt. Totally opposite of him, my boss LOVES velvet. When I wear it I go into his office so he can pet my arm. It''s a running joke with us now. I told him I would sew a velvet throw for him; he''s very much looking forward to that.

Very interesting thread! Mine is obvious... blackboards!! yuck, just the thought of accidently scratching one with my fngernail makes me feel very sick inside. *queasy* You know what I mean.
also the fear of sticking my toothbrush too far inside my mouth. lol/

Oooh, I hate the feeling of velvet and always have - ever since my mom used to dress me in little velvet dresses for Christmas. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps, in a bad way ...

I had a friend who used to eat pear halves with strawberry cream cheese. She had me try it once and it takes all of my willpower to share the memory with you. Creamy and grainy and squishy and smooth. egads but it was horrific.
