5 is an aquamarine
6 is a garnet, but not an almandine. The picture does not do justice to that gem.

The garnet is a deep red spessartite garnet.

#7 is not a lavender spinel.
It is a lilac scapolite from Tanzania.

ETA: Ok I got #1, #4, and #7 wrong. So I get a 70% not bad. Guess I need to take the ACStones gem class though.
