We do not know who graded the stone?
SI2 is a thing you have to see to know if you can live with the clarity.
I like those proportions - but some people will tell you it is too shallow.

I am looking in that size range and I will tell you that Dimend Scassi has a 1.44 H VS2 hearts and arrows stone (GIA certified) for about $10,100. that I think would be nicer than the one you posted. It is classified excellent for cut, polish, and symmetry. You can find their site by going to Resources and Vendors in the upper right corner of the page.
