Some questions regarding custom work

Hello!

I'm woefully new to the world of custom jewelry, and my lack of knowledge indicates that! On to the questions...

I'm looking to make a couple of necklaces either in this style:

I'd purchase directly from Ariel Gordon, but she doesn't make the necklaces in emerald or chyrsoprase.

1. Where could I get a custom necklace like those made? Etsy vendors are totally welcome!

2. How much could I expect to pay for such a necklace? Or perhaps a better question is how does one know what a reasonable price for a piece is?

What material are her pieces? Are they solid 18K yellow gold? What metal are you looking for?

The necklaces in question are 14k gold set with either pave rubies or sapphires or channel set with rhodolite garnet or iolite.
