I''ve been meaning to post these for the longest time but was too lazy to re-size them but now that I''ve finally done it. Here is the first reveal....

The Highly Important 7.42 Carat Golconda Diamond Ring - not a great shot taken by a very reluctant DH who thought I was crazy to want photos of this for PS. The SA was very patient though

That we''d have to sell our condo and still not have enough money for this one ring.

I also tried on a KILLER 3-row asscher tennis bracelet but alas, DH refused to take any more pictures. Sigh...........

We were wandering the French Quarter and when I saw MS Rau, I knew we or rather I HAD TO go in. And it did not disappoint.

The oval was enormous but the Golconda was the clearly the superior stone. Even in my bad photo, you can see its sparkle

!

ETA: The Golconda was also double the price of the oval!

The jewellery there was insanely beautiful and big. I think I was too mesmerized to feel any weight on my finger from the boulders that I tried
