Soldering rings with wide gap and frequent on/off

I looked at a bunch of posts on soldering, from the sample I looked at there were more folks against than for. My fiance's situation is a bit unique in that she has to remove her ER everyday for work and put it on after. It would be easier to remove and secure 1 ring than 2. Secondarily she wants to wear the rings with a considerable gap, and wants to wear both to work. I don't know how practical or strong the bond would be with a gap and taking them off and on so frequently. A tertiary benefit would be keeping the stones aligned, but not as important of practical day to day ease of wearing.

If someone has experiences they can share having their rings soldered, especially with a gap and or frequent on/off. we'd be grateful if you shared.

I can’t speak for the gap as mine as soldered together. I do take mine off and on frequently and have never had any problems. I had mine soldered so that they didn’t rub and shift with the daily frequent removal of the rings.
