Wait--you can't stop now! That thing is so gorgeous that it deserves to be photographed with all the spices in your rack! Dried parsley? Mixed color peppercorns? Surely you have some coarse ground salt lying around?!

Actually, I was going to start a thread about that one.
I''ve been looking for a while and have one picked out (but not locked into it yet).
I''ll start another thread, but was seriously considering a vatche royal crown with pave (all plat).

so, I"m up wayyyy too late, especially after spending so much time not sleeping in the last two days.

Anyone else want to see a couple more pictures I tried to shoot, just as an insomnia cure for me?

Belle, looks like you and
I both don''t sleep much.

I tried these just on a whim.
I need a steadier hand to get them better, but how about a couple "cool" shots before I head to be?

cool! literally. hehehe...
what kind of lighting did you use?

herre''s a half way decent attempt

ice on ice IV small.jpg

just room lighting, and I threw a pile of ice over a small keychain flashlight, which gave it that kind of glow.
It was hard to get any clear shots. . . the diamond kept fogging up!

Creative lighting. Pretty cool.
