Yes, I saw them too bad I dont drink Smirnoff. I belive the commercial said they are under the cap.

i saw that commercial too. i am skeptical because i thought it just said "10 diamonds valued at $10k each".

If the appraiser who ‘valued’ them started off the session with drinking a bit of the product, we might be talking about a half carat stone! If $10 grand can be measured in a slightly unusual currency, say Taiwan Dollars (32.49 to the US dollar) we might be looking at more like a ten pointer.
