What is the smallest size you'd go for a tapered baguette style ring. Heart shape preferred. Looking for a dainty style. Looking at .50ct up to .75ct.

Probably 1ct? But to me, 2ct is the new 1ct! 0.5ct could look nice if you're going for a dainty look.

With hearts it's very hard to see the shape under a ct. I would go min a ct. Also, with a heart the cutting & proportions makes a huge difference. Some hearts are very fat, some long & skinny. Some have weird lobes, or not a deep enough v ontop to see it is a heart.
Took me a long time to find the heart diamond with baguettes in my avatar.

Do you mind sharing your pic of your heart w/ baguettes?

Why dont you use diamdb .com to see the relative heart size of some of the stones on JA or BN? That might give you a good idea.
