Small accent diamonds

Been looking every where for small diamonds. Round 3mm dia. to pressure mount (gypsy mount) into my wedding band. Have any suggestions?

Buy them from the person who makes the ring?

Unless you have lots of time to try to save $10-20, and upset the jeweler, who will not cover any risk of breakage to diamonds you do not buy from him/her.
