Sleepy, Velvety Blue Sapphire and OEC Diamond Three Stone Bezel Engagement Ring

Hi all,
Wanted to share my newest ring project, which is actually going to be an alternative engagement ring. That’s how much I love it. It all started with this 1.53 carat sleepy, velvety Kashmir-like certified Unheated blue sapphire from Enhoerning Jewelry. I bought 2 OEC cut diamonds from Ivy and Rose Vintage, and we identified an Edwardian inspiration ring, with stunning Cathedral sides.

i didn’t take great pics or videos of the sapphire loose but you can kinda see the amazing sleepiness/glow.

Here are some in-progress wax photos. Ended up taking a long time to make because New York was shut down for months due to Covid, but worth the wait.

And here is the final result: Edwardian inspired, with milgrain bezels all set in Platinum. I’m pairing with my Victorian 18k gold 5 stone OEC diamond band. First 4 pics are from Inken at Enhoerning Jewelry; the rest are mine. Thanks for letting me share! Very hard to capture the glow of the sapphire.
