Anyone heard of this alloy or have experience with it? Apparently a platinum alloy that has a patent pending? Reportedly originally created as an alloy for tension rings (by I think he said the original creator of tension settings?). The creator reportedly filed the patent, but filed it without reporting two crucial steps or ingredients to making his alloy (why bother filing the patent then is beyond me...)


ETA- this alloy is used in Varna brand rings
