..?

Just my opinion Mat, but unless she is very petite I would go for the 5 carat. I don't think it is too much for everyday unless her lifestyle precludes it. Lucky lady!:)

Ahhhh.......do you have a budget?
Is price not an issue?

The price is not issue because the different is not so big

If the price isn’t an issue I would go with the 5ct. I find that a very wearable size for everyday.

I think 5 carat is a great size. And a nice round number, if you go with the 4 carat she may want to upgrade!

Always go bigger if price isn’t an issue!! Diamond shrinkage is real - when I first put on my 8.8 carat tennis bracelet, I was almost embarrassed because it felt so flashy. Now, a year later, it doesn’t feel large or flashy at all. 5 carats sounds perfect!

Yes i know that if its bigger is better but i afraid that it will be bigger for her.
The different in diamonds size between 4and 5 is 30% (less diamonds in 5ct).
Someone have these 2 sizes and can take a picture?

A 7 pointer would be around 2.75mm approx in size, while a 9 pointer would be approx 3mm. This difference will be visible, but it wont be as enormous as the percentage difference implies.

I'm almost the same height (172cm) as your wife and have a thin/average build. I just bought myself a 4.5ctw 7 inch tennis bracelet with 9 pointers and think it's a great size on my wrist for everyday wear (I think you can find some pictures I posted through my profile). It's subjective, but personally I would suggest rounding up to 5ctw rather than down to 4ctw if the cost isn't an issue.

I am 166cm, 44kg, and got myself 5.67ctw. I still think I could have gone bigger. It is nice for every day wear though. It really depends in which area you live.

I would go with the larger size!

Definitely the five carat one!

If it helps, this is a 4ct 7in tennis bracelet. I love it but it’s definitely not huge and I would say go for the 5ct! I keep thinking in a few years I’ll consider upsizing to a 8-10 ct one C4143797-0FD6-4149-BDA7-77E72258DC49.jpeg

Thr size look perfect

CAN SOMEONE SHOW ME 5CARAT?

Pics are not the best way to get perspective on the size. They will be affected by the distance the camera is away from the wrist, the size of a person’t wrist, the quality of the bracelet, the setting of the bracelet, to name a few. Can you get out to a store to view in person? That should help you determine the size you feel is appropriat.

CAN SOMEONE SHOW ME 5CARAT?

Here's mine for reference. 5ctw (approx. .10-.11 each) in 3 prong setting. Bracelet is 7" long, wrist is slightly under 6". And a couple links that might help. As @MamaBear noted, the look varies based on many factors. With the minimal size and price difference, I'd go with the 5ctw.

Thanks

I vote for the 5 ct one as well. This is probably different for everyone but for me if know that there was a choice between 4 and 5 that my husband was making, I’d alway wonder about the larger one if he got me the 4 carat. It’s about being mind-clear, I supposed. Here’s my 6 tcw, approx. 0.15 ct each vs. 0.10 ct that has thin bezel setting in a Love bangle. Not sure if the size difference will be obvious because of the totally different settings. My wrist is 6”. Good luck deciding and show us pics when she gets it.4A190E15-0BFE-45C5-B40B-526AB7C586F5.jpegF280FF39-B2B1-4F82-BC35-95DA9AE73CDB.jpeg

Thank s all.
Other question 3 or 4 prong?

I love the look of @Kaycee2018 3 prong. I haven’t worn my TB for many years now but if I were to buy another one I’d like 3 prong.

Hi,
I talked we thr supplier, he gave me one more option... 4.5 carat E,vs2 while the 5 carat was F,si1 (4.5 carat will cost me 400usd more)... What to take?does its metter in tennis bracelet?

At that size (0.07/0.08/0.09) there will be no discernible difference between E and F or VS2 and SI1, in my opinion. I would take the 5ct F SI1.

Thanks
