Hi all,
I'm a bit confused
I've been looking for a D IF princess for around $3000 and found a nice 0.57 carat see below:
Carat 0.57
Color D
Clarity IF
Meas. 4.95 x 4.42 x 3.19 mm
Depth % 72.2 %
Table % 66 %
Girdle MD
Culet None
Polish V good
Sym. Good
Fluor. None
Price $2878
However after advice from a few on this BB I started to see wat I could get for my money in a lower quality stone, but in order to really make an impact on the dimansions I found I had to go up to a .9 carat stone.
and even found a 0.8 stone with samller dimensions at 4.88x4.88 and these were both around the $4500 mark.
has the stone above got some unusual dimansions and is it therefore a bad cut?
From what I can see to make a small diferene in the size say up to 5.5x5.5 I'd have to go down to a G/H-SI is this right?
