Singapore - Any suggestions for selecting an ideal diamond with a budget

Hi there,

I''m from Singapore planning to get a loose diamond ( preferably certified by GIA or HRD )around 0.75 - 0.89 carat
Color preferred would be between D - F
Clarity would be between VS1 - VVS1.
My budget is around USS2500, S $4600.
Any suggestions of places in Singapore where i can get it?

I'm also in Singapore (as are a few others). I have looked around at some in SIngapore but I can't seem to find a B&M place that gives me confidence. I have decided to try the online vendors.
