Hello Everyone,

I have learned a lot while searching this site. I am starting to search for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I am set on the Verragio Insignia 7068-CUL for the setting. Looking at all the different online vendors, I have not seen many reviews for Since 1910. Are they reputable? Their prices seem a little better than some other vendors. I am focusing in on an ideal cut round diamond that is eye clean in the 1.5-1.75 range with a G-H color. Thanks in advance for any perspectives you may have.

Since1910.com is the online retail platform for H.L. Gross & Brothers Jewelers in Garden City, New York (Long Island). I've no dealings with them myself (other than a phone call where their rep was very helpful and pleasant), but there are additional reviews for both business names elsewhere on the 'net, e.g., Yelp.

FYI, Whiteflash -- a PSer favorite -- in Houston is an authorized Verragio retailer & is an excellent source of ideal cut (and "super ideal") stones.

Has your wife-to-be tried on that particular Verragio setting, so you know she'll love it?
