Similarities/Differences between past and current wedding sets?

I got married almost 25 years ago and we were pretty much broke

so my first set was a 14kt yg small band of rubies and diamonds, the ct weight was maybe 15 pts and they were badly but, that was my e-ring for my wedding ring i had a two tone art carved band and it is like 7mm wide, we bought those used from my cousin who was divorced, after several upgrades and resets i have ended up with a 14kt yg 1.01 princess with a .25 round shared prong wedding band, the only thing similar between my current set and my old set is that they are all badly cut

I doubt I will ever change it because we are thinking about getting divorced so it wouldnt make sense to buy something else
