This is Native American, probably from one of the Pueblos of New Mexico, or maybe Navajo.
The object at the bottom of the cross is the Heart of Jesus.
I cant see them in your photo , but the other silver objects on your turquoise strand are probably double crosses.
The Spanish came to the Southwest and converted most tribes to Catholicism. The Christian motifs made their way into Native jewelry designs.

This is a good looking necklace. I cant say for sure how old it is. The rondelle shaped stones suggest that it may be a more recent piece, maybe 1970s-80s. The silver beads are handmade, very labor intensive. Nice piece!
