Is it usual to see carbon in an SI(1)? I can not see it with the naked eye but with 10X scope.

It is usual to see many different types of inclusions in an SI1. By the way, it is unlikely that it is carbon that you are viewing as the inclusion. The diamond itself is carbon, the black looking inclusions are often garnet, which if you shine a strong light through them will show as dark red not black.
