Showstopper 8 ct Fancy Intense Yellow

My dear friend just received this from her very loving hubby! It's a whopping 8 ct fancy intense yellow diamond center. Just stunning! She's not on this forum but was happy to have me share. I'll see her next week and she said I could take more photos and get more details then.

As you can see, it's on her right hand. They were in Grand Cayman over the holidays and she was in a boating accident. She had a horrible injury to her left hand resulting in hospitalization there and surgery when she returned home. The good news is it could have been a lot worse and her hand will heal.

Well, her sweet hubby felt bad for her and decided that a little bling on her right hand might helps her spirits. I'd say he did well! Holy smokes!
