I watched Oprah last night and noticed that she wears an eternity ring on her pinky finger. It sparkles like crazy and me likey

AND it is my birthday soon!

I wear a size 5.0 on my ring finger and think my pinky would be much smaller, maybe 4? Will an eternity band look bulky?

I think Oprah might have been wearing an "Ah Ring". It was originally created for women who were "available and happy" (Ah). Sort of like the whole RHR thing that DeBeer''s started to market. I think the Ah ring came first though?

So, is it the Ah ring or not? I find it hard to believe that Oprah would wear a $300 ring!!! Have you ever seen her other jewelry? She sometimes wear a pair of diamond earrings that looks really huge and has a lot of sparkles! Or am I becoming a diamond supercut snob?

I spend too much time on PS and are no dangerously knowledgable!

Maya, i read an article on Oprah''s ring a while back and I believe hers is a honker of a real diamond ring and the "AH" rings being marketed are inspired by Oprah. The point is/was that a woman doesn''t have to be engaged/married to enjoy fabulous diamond rings.

I, too, noticed Oprah''s pinky ring a while back, and it fueled my fire also!

I''m pretty sure (99%) it''s a shared prong eternity band ala facets.
Probably like a a carat and a half weight, maybe a little less.
