The stone is a non-treated genuine Canchantaburi Blue Sapphire that weighs 3.07 carats.
The color is medium-dark, strong blue and the clarity is VS1.
The two side stones are trapezoid-cut sapphires from Ceylon.

Setting has 10x 0.02 ct H/ SI1-2 RB, bead set, and the outside is called milgrain. Ring size 5.
