Just got this in today. It’s from Bell & Bird in Austin. I love the quilted detail of the lid, and the lining is the most lush, hand-loomed French silk velvet.

I have several of these small travel jewelry boxes.
But I just can't bring myself to use them.
I'm terrified to be separated from my luggage, and possibly lose my sparklies!
I just wear one ensemble(studs, rings, bracelet, solitaire necklace) and I wear that everyday when I travel.
Me too! I don’t trust those hotel safes!

This is mine. My daughter got it for me for Christmas. I love it. It's small enough that I can fit it into my purse and not have to put it in any luggage. It has a zipper so that I can extend it if I wanted. It comes with three attached pouches that fold in and three separate pouches.

I love that’s its squishy so it doesn’t take up much room!

Depends on where we are going.

When in Alaska, I will wear what I normally wear at home, 2 tennis bracelets, a RHR, ering/eternity, FIY diamond pendent, and a watch.

When I was in Norway last year, I left the larger bracelet home, wore my smaller FIY bracelet and wore my small Tiffany yellow as a RHR. I have heard that Norwegians are not into big bling.

When we go to Antarctica in December I will probably leave both bracelets home because of the need for gloves during polar landings, may not wear a RHR, any maybe just my solitaire CBI and eternity band.

I worry about losing things, so like other PSers, I just take what I can wear when we travel.

So we went to Antarctica, am very glad that I just wore a plain 18k milgrain wedding band, and my watch. However I lost a stone from the pink sapphire pave band that i wore as a RHR. I should have known better as we were constantly grabbing railings to get on and off the ship into zodiacs that brought us ashore.

Off to New Zealand next week.

Yes, it works well for me when I am carrying larger amounts of jewelry.:lol:

Really nice one! I need to purchase this beautiful thing. I have one jewelry box, but it is stationary and massive, so staying at home. But this thing is not so capable as one of these boxes, the name says about itself. Useful stuff in traveling, how much it costs? And what size are they?

I was considering a squishy one ... but can’t your jewelry get damaged?

This one isn’t as fancy as the ones I just looked at - plus it’s empty! .... I could probably decorate it ... but I still really like it ... just a simple leather box for $20 CAD on Amazon. I wish it had a pouch for necklaces, but maybe I can get a couple of pretty ones like those posted in this thread.

I found this inexpensive case in a small shop years ago. It's slightly padded and small enough to fit in my purse. I often put my rings in those small ziplock poly jewelry bags and place them in the zippered section so they don't rub against each other. In fact my mom uses the poly bags and carries her jewelry in a small cosmetic case.

I’m taking these out for re-pairs/sizing/plating/setting. Silly me: I didn’t use the earring holders.
