Show me your sparkly engagement ring w/ PLAIN WEDDING BAND!!

Hello ladies! My boyfriend of 5 years and I have begun ring shopping, and we would like to purchase my e-ring and wedding band at the same time. I would like just a plain platinum wedding band between 2 and 2.5mm, and I'd like an e-ring that doesn't look too "boring" (but still classic) next to a plain band.

So far I've been looking at pave engagement rings, but I haven't made up my mind! I only know that whatever it is, I want the look to be very classic. Also, I don't want a gap between the e-ring and wedding band. If you're curious, I have size 4 fingers and am planning to get a 1 carat round brilliant center stone.

What about a halo ring with a plain shank? I think that would look better with a plain wedding band...

I have a channel set with a plain band (2.7mm e-ring, 2mm wedding band) and I LOVE it.

Sorry the only picture I have at the moment is on my pinky because my anniversary band (7 stone marquise ring) needs sized. Anyways I wear it with my plain YG 2mm wedding band & I love them together!
