Show me your Round center with Half Moon sidestones - please

How does half moon sidestones change the look of a round OEC? Does it look like one large stone and you lose the beauty of the center stone/cut?? Thx!

They would need to be relatively small and set lower than the center stone. Here is a ring with half moon side stones:
