OK, funny about buying lab diamonds mounted on cardboard off of IG… I didn’t even get that! My husband thought I was nuts sending $$$ via friends & family to pay for them. I am so glad I did, I couldn’t believe how amazing they were when I received them. Alex Parks WAS the best keep secret source but I want to say he has over 15,000 followers now or something…

OK, funny about buying lab diamonds mounted on cardboard off of IG… I didn’t even get that! My husband thought I was nuts sending $$$ via friends & family to pay for them. I am so glad I did, I couldn’t believe how amazing they were when I received them. Alex Parks WAS the best keep secret source but I want to say he has over 15,000 followers now or something…

I worked with Amy at David Klass to create a unique 8 prong setting in 14KT rose gold.

I did a search here before going with Alex and I saw your studs & they helped me make my decision. I asked before I bought them if they could do a 6 prong setting for me and they obliged for an extra $50, while I would have loved settings by DK, I really wanted them by Christmas and having 6 prong vs 4 was my big priority! even though I love dainty claw prongs like DK does.
Also when I told my husband we were paying someone by Zelle for my earrings he just rolled his eyes, as I fully sent away my engagement ring to have DK re-do the setting for me. At this point he knows I am getting what I want and getting the best deal on it with the help of my internet friends.

UPDATE…
I had the original settings reworked because the stones were not set as low as I wanted. This gave me the opportunity to go in a different direction in terms of the design. I had seen this setting in white gold on the DK instagram page and was immediately obsessed. I love the simplicity and how the prongs create a flower design. The stones are set flush with the setting. I went with 14KT brushed rose gold so the color of the metal pops.
