Well whilst going through my phone's photos the other day I realised I have quite a few shots of my girlfriends rings, clearly my obsession is in full swing

Given it will be a while before I have any new bling to share, I thought I'd post them for you all to ogle(with their permission of course )

Does anyone else take photos of their mates jewels or am I the only crazy one? Anyhow enjoy...

The first belongs to a woman I work with who got it just yesterday I think it is gorgeous. Centre is a 1.01ct F vs1 with .67 baguettes in the band and .45 round on the outer edges of the shank. Looks huge of her size 4.5 hand

Here is another that belongs to one of the few women I know in Melbourne Australia, who's obsession is as bad as mine! She bought this whilst on holiday to NYC in the diamond district. centre is a 3.63 ct cushion cut L vs2. I am wearing it and try it on every week

Very unique! I think this is the first trillion solitaire Ering I have ever seen!

She had it as a solitaire in a very wide gold band and after 10 years wanted a change. It's definately got finger coverage, goes from knuckle to knuckle on my small hands and it's really heavy.

I see it a little in Australia, but predominantly diamonds. I love her ring though, so unique

The reason why she's an acquaintance and not a friend is because she's really snobbish. When she bought her 5ct RB ring, she compared my 3ct with hers and remarked: "wow, yours is really small!!". I understand now she's bougtht another RB, an 8ct to add (not upgrade) to her 5ct and generally huge bling collection; so to her, I guess my 3ct must be like a grain of sand next to her new 8ct!!

Here's my sis-in-law's new e-ring (she lost her original ring long ago). She and her hubby are in town for the Thanksgiving and staying with us. As nosy as I am of course I asked to see her ring and tried it on She wears a much bigger size than me and it turns around even on my thickest right hand middle finger. It's a blingy, shiny and "heavy-duty" ring! Looked fabulous on her ring finger!!

MizNina, count me in as one of the few with the bling obsession in Melbourne as well! I can't say I have any friends/family with anything interesting to contribute right now, but you never know. Your friends Cushion cut is amazing by the way.

This is my SIL's wedding set. Sorry it's not a great pic. It's really lovely, hard to see, but it has some nice scalloping with little accent diamonds.

P.S. You all might be able to tell from the photos I've shared, but the average center stone size in my group of friends, and just the area I live in general, (Midwest US) is about a half carat to a carat.

Here is my little sisters beautiful set. Her engagement ring is vintage from 1949, an .80 princess cut, J colour VS2 mounted in 18 carat unplated white gold with a double row of pave. She wears my grandmother's 22 carat gold 4mm wedding band from 1937, which was left to me when I was 16. I wore this ring on my RH constantly until I passed it to her for her wedding when I was 38. I miss it, but it was the right thing to do & her set is lovely
