I ordered one loose and ended up returning it because it wasn’t the right fit for the ring I’m having made. It was actually too white- I wanted something warmer to go in a yellow gold right hand ring. It was so lovely though, and I think about it often!

It was a 2.00 G VS1. It is really so lovely and Jon was so nice and helpful. I’m not a great diamond photographer though!

It was so pretty! For this ring I’m getting a mined OEC in a warm color (O/P). I would love to get a custom lab AVC or AVR from distinctive gem one day!

Thank you! Wow, it looks beautiful. Did the centre facets look like a flowery pattern (similar to the OEC) or were there more right angles visible?

I am usually not an oval fan due to the funky optics of most oval brilliants, but that is quite pretty and has the nice chunky facets.

I wouldn’t call it flowery but it does have 4 “petals” of sorts in the center. It’s a beautiful, chunky cut with even light distribution!
