No , the settings were made by dkj, I just purchased stones separately over a time and finally made them into earrings. Before they were meant to be side stOnes for a three stone ring

Thanks for posting, everyone! You helped a lot while I was researching diamond studs.

These are martini-set .80 ctw, G/VS. We bought them from a local jeweler. A customer had traded in the diamonds for an upgrade for his wife. It just so happened that the size and color and clarity were exactly what we were looking for.

My 12 year old niece just got her ears pierced woohoo. Can’t wait to buy her earrings. This is her first pair of studs. Heart studs. So sweet.

BGD studs & halo jackets
I'm totally in love with them halos as they transform my other stud earrings into *serious* jewelry lol

Just realised I forgot my ear shot and the specs.
So here is a 0.4ct H&A BGD stud with BGD hearts jacket. Sorry for the blurry pics, but you can still tell the earrings look HUGE with the jackets.
They also sparkle like crazy and measure abt 9mm across.

Thinking about getting halo jackets for studs. Raindrops on Roses and Rini, yours are so beautiful! I can never figure out size by pictures alone. What is the size of the diamonds in your jackets? They are so sparkly. I have large ear lobes and want to have coverage but I can't figure out diamond size and jacket diameter that will be good for me. I gave up all hope of getting jackets but you both have motivated me...

I’m trying to work out sizing on my own ears... Your biggest earrings are 1.05 ct total and the second largest in your hand shot are .60 ct total?

Yes, the largest pair are 1.05ctw and then second largest are 0.6ctw.

Hello everyone I am new to the forum but a lurker for years. I am interested in studs and this wonderful thread is filled with so much useful information as far as sizes. Right now I am interested in .60 to .70 ctw studs because I think that would look the best on my smaller ears. I am probably going to buy from whiteflash based on my research. Anyways, thanks to everyone who posted photos in this thread.

Thank you! I agree. I was afraid I would not be happy because my earlobes are so big and I often wear earring jackets with my colored stone studs. But I find these to be “just right” in many ways!

Oh, yay for you! How perfect to add a pair of AVR studs!!! I think they are a nice size, but the great thing is, you could always set them in a delicate halo if you wanted to add a little size!

I recently got these from my local jeweler as an anniversary gift. 1.09ctw G/H, SI1/2, uncerted. They are eye-clean & sparkle so much more than my last studs

My new 1 ctw J-VS1 AGS 0 studs from GOG in 18k white gold, Stuller 4 prong martinis with la pousette backs. I included comparison shots with my 0.5 ctw mutt studs in 14k white gold that I've had for 10 years. DSS is real. With my big ear lobes, I doubt I'll wait that long to double up again.
