7. .30 ctw tiny cross
8. .50 larger cross
9. .25 heart key
10. .20 stacking band
I think that is all my diamond pieces.

I looked at costco , they tried it earlier, the last time I saw it on sale in 2017, and mine burned down at that time, and when I came for a new one, it was no longer there, and I don't have a certificate about it, nothing to create a new one, I need at least just a certificate with data about it

I am sorry for your loss. I don't think stores like Costco carry the same things all the time. Maybe you could show this picture to a vendor to have something like that made for yourself?

I don't know if this poster @luv2sparkle has a certificate or receipt for this piece of jewelry. Hopefully, she will come along soon to answer your request.

Many vendors can work from pictures so at least you now have a picture of it. I hope you are able to find someone to make it for you.
