Show me your ceiling sparklies! Chandeliers of course

Thank you! I love them.

  1. Wow to everyone! I love the ceiling bling. I have always loved crystal in all forms and just binged read all of the posts and pictures. Everyone has such beautiful, unique and awesome decorating skills -thank you for sharing. It really is hard to take pics of lights so great job!

Here is mine. It hangs over the stairs so you can see it from the ground floor. This was on a morning when the sun was causing rainbows on the walls and I just had to stop and admire. I love sparkly things :kiss2:IMG_20201009_081853.jpg

Pendants & 1 very dusty chandelier. Ugh...I need to clean it but it will be smacking it like a piniata with a brush. Tomorrow.20210215_202517.jpg20210215_195827.jpg

So many pretty chandeliers. I love the rainbow reflections.

This was one of the first antiques I ever purchased - about a year after graduating college. Found on Craigslist, and bought it out of the guy's garage lol.

Unfortunately, I lost this in a breakup. I've told myself for years that I'd find one eventually that I like better, but it hasn't quite happened yet. Keeping an eye out at antique malls and fairs. (On the plus side, I did find a man that I like better LOL!)

I’m glad this thread was revived. I just ordered two new chandeliers for the foyer. I can decide which one I like better so I ordered both. Both were relatively inexpensive. I’m thinking I should keep both and put the other one in the living room.
We have a fan in our formal living room. I think that is strange. I’ve never seen a fan before in a formal living room.

Oh boy..I just realized I haven’t cleaned my chandelier since the time I posted! One thing added to my ever growing To Do List!

We bought another house and now dthere's chandeliers in practically every room. o_O

We have a smaller version in our bedroom. Not a very good picture but you can sort of see it hanging down..

Not sure if this would be considered a chandelier since it's more of a pendant light?

There's also some flush mount chandeliers in a few rooms, a chandelier in the guest room and another chandelier (pendant light?) in the formal living room that I don't have photos of. I also bought this mini chandelier to put above the kitchen sink when we did renovations. But I forgot to tell the contractors and they put a pot light there instead. I'll probably put it in the laundry room...

The light for the laundry room is so cute.

This is the only chandelier we have hung up here since we moved in. Original light is in the first picture. I sold it on FB marketplace. Second picture is our new lighting. It’s the Quinn from PB. I had to call 8 different stores to find it since it was discontinued over a year ago and no longer on the website. I finally found it at Tysons in Va. I got it at a phenomenal price too since it was discontinued and slightly damaged.
I’m not sure if I am going to do crystals with this new house. I feel like my style has changed and I want more simple lights. 45E7C57B-4BF7-4691-9C92-5707D3EEB0D4.pngDC233625-67C0-4909-917B-F64DBD48BA98.png9FF65FA2-6540-4408-94CF-EB99EF17E76D.png
