My husband bought me these earrings as a push present for our son, who was a November baby. He wanted to get me something with the baby''s birthstone, so these are Citrines. They are each 2 cts, set in 18K white gold from Blue Nile:

Here is my new push present that we just ordered from Yekutiel at ID Jewelry Online. The new baby is due in April, and his birthstone is going to be diamonds, but I have tons of diamond stuff, and I wanted a sapphire piece to symbolize having another boy. My choice was either to do a big sapphire & diamond ring, or to get two pieces, a smaller sapphire and diamond band PLUS to reset my solitaire in a Leon Mege six prong solitaire. Since I''ve been dying to reset my solitaire in a Leon, I chose option 2 - so, I''ll have my little band to commemorate the birth of our second son, while also getting the reset I''ve been dying for.

Here''s the new band from ID Jewelry - it''s sapphires & diamonds set in 14K white gold. I''m also only having it made as a halfway around band, not an eternity, because I''ll be wearing it on my right hand with my original asscher wedding band, which is also only halfway around.

Vesper I want the same thing! My LO will be born in September, so sapphire will be the birthstone. I''ll base the color on whether it''s a G or B. I''m an April baby, it was SO much fun having the diamond as my birthstone

Me too! I love all the bling, but I especially love the pics of Dreamer''s and Snlee''s rings with their little ones. I want to try that with A, but my little girl loves shiny things and she might not give my ring back!

We PS ladies do pretty well with the baby gifts don''t we? DH has already started hinting about baby #2. I am undecided at this point, but I would like a bigger pair of diamond studs. 2 diamonds seems appropriate for baby #2.
