I only wear rings on my ring fingers of each hand. I don’t know if I would find it annoying to have rings bang together. I like the idea of index figure rings but not sure I can pull that off. For context, I am very tall and have large hands so dainty is not in my wheelhouse. So, I’d love to see pictures of rings on multiple figures to give me inspiration!

I got inspired to wear rings on more than just my ring fingers by watching “The Tudors”. Here are some random shots. I think Buster the Cluster goes with everything.

I usually wear rings in multiple fingers. Because of how low a pinky ring sits next to the ring finger, they can be worn together and not clank around. Thumb obviously could be worn and not clank around. Usually if I am wearing a ring finger ring I skip the middle finger but wear one on the pointer finger. Sometimes I might go pinky and middle finger- depending on what I want to wear.

i beleave all the fingers (and thumbs) should have jewlery options
i have short stubby fingers on a more stocky figure
i usually always (when i go out) wear 2 rings on pinky and 2 on ring finger, the pinky sits down low enough so they do not touch, then i will put a ring on the other hand at the very least
a thumb ring also doesnt (on m anyway) touch the index finger ring
i have rings to fit all my fingers (and thumbs) , the OH calls me Ringo if i go all out, ive been known to adorn 4 fingers on one hand (Including thumb) and two on the other

but its also practice and getting used to what it looks like
it took me a long time to learn and like to stack
just start playing around, buy some cheap costume or silver rings to start with

i should have just said what @Niel said ;)2

I’m 5’10” with a size 7.75 ring finger. I like to keep things simple and not too busy (although I love the look of maximalist on others!) so here’s what I wear pretty much daily.

I only wear one ring on each hand - ring or middle finger on the left, and middle finger only on the right.

I found the first ring my mum gave me when I was in my early teens, a Sapphire and diamond band in WG, and it only fits my pinkies nowadays.

I tried to wear it on my pinkie on my right hand, it worked, however, I kept forgetting about it, DOH!

DK :))

Thanks! I think I need to branch out a little with some fun styles other than bands especially on the pointer finger.

this would be a good look for me. I’m also fairly minimalist and I like this combination. I like a vintage engagement ring too so that would be a good thing to try.

Your whole collection is stunning, but I gasped out loud when I saw that elongated cushion E/W ruby filigree ring!

Like jelly beans, so beautifully juicy and colorful! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you wear your jewelry.

Jelly beans, I like that! Thank you.

Have I seen a thread for that bracelet? Because I love that bracelet! I love the rings too, but the bracelet is new to me and is stunnnnning.

edit: and now I see it's also just a few photos up, but still! somehow I don't remember it which is hard to believe

Thank you! No thread, terrible pser, am I?

It is from an auction house. I went to the viewing with no intention to look at it. Then in the concern of the display case, behind a delish ruby diamond Deco pin, it was giving out those hypnotic sparkles. The rest is history.

By the way, I used to follow your posts daily but my metal health took a toll...you find many many great pieces and I just couldn't take it anymore. Fomo is real!

Make sure to wear and share your grey spinel 3 stone with us, love that ring!

I can see how it would have sucked you in, it's such an incredible piece. Obviously no one is ever really done collecting but I feel like my remaining two big holes are "medium-to-bold bracelet" and "wedding set" -- so I will trade collections with you any day! Just saying! I find your photos and arrangement to be so inspiring, you're one of the big reasons I branched out into index and middle finger rings.

Maybe I'll pull a you and start posting photos as I wear them. I wore that spinel ring today, actually!

Reddish pink vs white Chinese fringe, awesome texture!

As always, your collection is stunning and your pics are amazing too!!

This was today’s “lewk” as my kids used to say. Left to right is a big honkin’ lab created sapphire from Finewater, bezel set with about a half carat of natural diamonds in 14k yellow gold. The two larger round diamonds flanking the sapphire have strong blue fluorescence and I am obsessed with them. The band above it is a 5mm 14k yellow gold band with a brushed finish.

On my middle finger is an unheated pink and orange pear cut sapphire with some lavender tones in certain lighting, set into 14k white gold.

Index finger is a natural diamond, around 1.4 carats, modern brilliant that I had set into a 1930s art deco 14k white gold and diamond setting. This is a ring I can’t wear often, it’s really old and frail, and the lace-like design is NOT meant for outings involving more than sipping coffee or light activity like shopping. I’ve banged the poor thing around so much and it’s cracked somewhere under the shank but I haven’t sent it off to be fixed yet :(

Under that (finally!) is my trusty standby Tiffany 1887 band. I’m a sucker for limited edition stuff, and snagged this Tiffany Rubedo ring back when they were celebrating 175 years (2012). I think it’s probably something like 7.5 carat rose gold mixed with copper and silver, I can’t remember. It got a lot of flack at the time for “cheapening” the brand, but I have to say it’s a gorgeous rosy color and awesome for daily wear, and has only needed the occasional polishing wipe to look brand new.
