Show me 6 prong solitaires sitting flush with band!

Hi there!

I am looking for engagement rings, and I am hoping to find a set with a 6 prong simple solitaire (with a thin band) that can sit flush with a wedding band. I do prefer lower settings, so I'm not sure this is even possible!

I wore a Vatche Royal Crown for several years. It's not a super thin shank, but you can request they make it closer to 2mm and that might help. I felt it was TOO low, which is why I didn't prefer it. I've since reset due to it being damaged in a car accident. You will probably like the height though. It sat fairly flush with most bands but I will advise that you not wear it with a shared prong band unless you put a spacer between them or the diamonds will attack the wirework.

Thank you! It had a great side view which is why I liked the setting. I wish it had been set higher than it was, but it did sit flush with every band I wore it with. Like I said in my first post though, don't wear it with a shared prong band unless you wear a spacer with it or the exposed girdles on the band will destroy the wirework (learning that from experience!)

You can get Vatche through GOG, HPD and WF. I would recommend the first two from personal experiences with the two vendors. Both are amazing to work with.

Ah gotcha, so with your old set you'd wear a spacer? I'm so excited to see that a 6-prong set can indeed sit flush!

I did wear a spacer, even after I changed to a channel set. I ended up liking the look. I still wear one with my new reset as well.
