@PreRaphaelite, they seem very similar to me on paper...measurements, color, clarity is close...I think the stone you found could work - maybe some difference in facet pattern? I'm thinking that could be similar too, since numbers are close. Nice find and worth taking a look at IMO!

I would do earrings - at first, plain studs, but when my budget stretches to settings, I’d pair them with the warm 3.5mm oecs I already have, and ask DK or OWD or someone (?) to make Dormeuses.

Updating this thread to mention that I haven't forgotten this idea, and the prospective stone is still available all this time later, and in consultation with my friend @bling_dream19 when I move forward on this project it will be #StraightToKlass and no messing around wasting time with a local bench!
