I see no reason to worry as long as the diamond vendor examines the stone and can assure you it it eyeclean from the top and sides.

I agree with DS. In most cases a VS2 in eye clean from the top and sides. In some circumstances however it's possible to find a VS2 that isn't. Depending on the particular persons definition of eye clean, at what distance, from the top or from the top and sides, tolerance, ability to locate or recognize inclusions, vision, viewing conditions, size of stone etc, it's possible that not every VS2 will be eye clean to ALL people. For most though it's a safe bet. Be sure to communicate your wishes to your vendor so that they have a clear understanding of what you are expecting.

From what I know of VS2's, any flaws it has would be very difficult to see even with the help of magnification. So, no, I don't think you should be worried. Color's pretty okay too. You picked out a nice one.
