Sheetal Diamonds?

This is a diamond jeweler that is from India from what I can gather. Does anyone have any experience with them and what is your opinion?

The clarity isnt the greatest, but they are up front about it. The website isnt the quality that I am used to either, but they seem ok.

Their diamonds are uncertified. Even accepting their grading as honest, prices are about the same as Pricescope vendors. Return policy is a 75% refund if returned within 7 days!!

Sheetal are the largest manufacturer of very small promotional grade goods.
They run an amazing business.
I do not know anything about their retail business.

Tried to find a photo that I have posted before - but cant find it - my wife and her CEO on a buying trip im Mumbai at Sheetal - with 3 or 4 bags of diamonds on the desk. Almost as large as pillows - stuffed with diamonds. And it was one days production.
