Hey guys, sorry it has taken me so long to be posting this.
She said YES!!!!!
She wasn't cooperating with my plan of going to dinner and a walk on the beach, so I improvised and asked at the pool with our families. Earlier that day she was getting suspicious and thought I was up to something. I got out of the pool, dried off a bit, and told her she was right , that I was up to something. I retrieved the ring, got down on one knee, and asked. I have no idea what I said, nor does she, but I can tell you that it sucked compared to the eloquent speach I had thought out and rehearsed for 3 weeks. In that minute, I'm not sure I could have spelled my first name....
She said "Of Course", we hugged, and the next chapter of our lives started. What follows are some pictures, I was lucky enough that my sister was there at the time and was able to get a couple photos mid proposal. I don't have a very good hand shot yet.... but that will come in due time....
