Well, maybe don’t shake it that hard. Wanted to share this with other shaker enthusiasts out there. This is from circa 1900, with natural sapphires, in 14K gold. The loose gems are a combo of diamond rough and some tiny MRBs taken from an old engagement ring setting. The chain is vintage 9K gold with hallmarks for 1978 and import assay marks for London.

Shoutout to Lillicoco, the shop from which I purchased this.

I won the chain in a Fellows auction a few weeks earlier, and my plan was to wear it with a Victorian brooch. Unfortunately, that didn't work because the brooch drooped at a weird angle. The chain seemed destined to gather dust until this pendant came along.

Thank you! The funny thing is that I really wasn't blown away by the chain at first, but it's really growing on me. The smaller links are like little puffy stars:
