Several needles on GIA Plot 1.5 G VS 1 Round Stone. Should I be concerned?

Just wondering. There are several needles that appear on the GIA plot under the table (6 in total) of my 1.5 ct G VS1 AGS000 round hearts & arrows stone. Should I be concerned?
