Does anyone know where Shane co. gets their settings? I know that retail has a high mark-up and was wondering if there is a wholesaler out there that give me an idea as to reality versus perceived. The setting was $1395 for a swirl setting both engagement and band.

$1395 is really not high for 2 rings at all. You could easily pay that much or more for just one. But Shane could carry settings from many different companies, so there would be no way to guess the answer. There is really no such thing as a wholesaler who sells to the public. If they do, they aren't really selling at wholesale.
