I received my ring from Whiteflash two weeks ago and the setting from the beginning seemed off to me. Anyone has had a similar experience with Whiteflash?
Have you shared these photos and your concerns with your Whiteflash rep? Experience from folks posting on this forum indicates when there is something to be fixed they will step up and fix it.
Thank you to both! I sent Whiteflash an email. It is such a pain to have to deal with shipping it back this across the country, but I hope they can fix the issue. I will have the ring for many years and want it to be as close to perfect as it can be.
