Setting ideas for a .42ct diamond

I have a .42 H, VS2 diamond in a ring that's not being worn very much. Any ideas on what I should do with it? I already have a .43 D/VS2 set with ruby sides, and a 1.13 G/IF with .5ctw sidestones, so another 3 stone setting is probably an overkill. Any ideas?

The current setting is a comfort fit platinum 4-prong... is it possible to burnish diamonds into the bands? I doubt I can get very much for a used setting... would a jeweler be able to melt the platinum into the new ring?

I forgot to mention that I have a .5ct pendant, and 1ctw earrings so it''s gonna have to stay a ring!
