Setting Help - Again!

So, we''re between two settings from Blue Nile. We''ve looked at other places, and still like these two the best. We were set on the first one, until we went pack to this Trellis setting. While it looks good form the side, I''m worried the setting might be a little low and that it hides too much of the diamond (I think the diamond will be between 1.1 and 1.25 round). If anyone has a trellis that''s similar and can chime in, that would be great. Or, if anyone has opinions on one may be better than the other, that would be appreciated. I don''t want to take away from the center stone, but I do like a little something on the band which is why we''re not doing a plain band. I tried to make the links clickable, but we''ll see if it worked!

Sorry about that! The trellis setting is stock number 12476, and the milgrain setting is stock number 9919.

Well, after debating and going back and forth, I''ve decided to let him make a decision. I love them both, and I''m sure they''ll both be beautiful, and this way he gets to surprise me a little!

Arey you getting your diamond from BN? If not, Vatche makes a cross prong setting too that is sheer perfection.

Yeah i was going to mention this too...I went with the Vatche X Prong Princess Setting Style #110
My GF liked the BlueNile trellis for a princess cut but i found the vatche to be amazing quality!! I think read somewhere that you have to get the diamond through BN you have tp get the setting there and vice versa.

If you want the setting, you need to buy the diamond there.

The last time I looked, you can buy a diamond and get your setting elsewhere. Double check!
