Setting for Cushion Brilliant!

Hi All,

I'm looking for a setting with pave diamonds for a 2 carat cushion brilliant.
I'm debating between a cathedral vs modern solitaire setting, but have decide that I want the pave on the ring.
Also, does any want have any thoughts on pave on the basket, or prongs?

Photos of any great pave cathedral settings would be appreciated!

My center is a round brilliant but my halo cushion... I love mine and I have accent pave on the basket...
