I too like the RB with baguettes setting. My only problem is that for some reason I''m obsessed with having the stones set as LOW as possible (think culet almost touching my finger). This is why I really like superbcert''s tiffany repro setting. However I LOVE the elegance of the RB with baguettes, ESPECIALLY since seeing TheBigT''s beautiful setting:

Is there a way I can have the ring altered so both the RB and baguettes sit as low as possible on my finger? The ring is the one pictured on the right. What I don''t like is the two layers of metal on the side view (ie the metal around the sidestones and the 2nd layer that hits the finger - is it possible to consolidate them into one thin, delicate band that fits around my finger?) I don''t want it to look like big tall shoulders either. The ring is too big and needs to be sized as well.
Is there any way to have this type of ring without the spaces between the stones and the finger? I am afrraid the baguettes may be too long for what I have in mind because they really cover all of my finger. Does anyone have pictures or suggestions?
