setting a diamond?

i am so excited my ring is just a few days away i just have to set the diamond .....now how should i set my diamond to maximize the brilliance... also i am using 6 prong setting ... thank you.

A diamond set low to medium height is the best bet for comfort in wearing it, preventing snags in your clothing and for preventing needless damage to the diamond. Wearing it set high to very high flaunts it more, but will not increase the diamond''s appearance factors to any measurable extent.

If the diamond is well cut it shouldn''t really matter whether you set it low, high, six/four prong, bezel, etc. since the light should be coming out of the top of the stoe. I would just go with how you like it.
