Semi mount

I''m looking for a different semi-mount for my diamond, but was wondering if I have to purchase a new head for the stone, or can I re-use the one it''s in, and just put it on a different band?

When purchasing a semi-mount you can discuss this option with your jeweler. Depending on how competent and how comfortable he feels he will probably be more than willing to accomodate your request or give you suggestions as to what might be easier for him and you in the realm of cost for your needs.
