So I chatted around with the customer service and they were able to provide the following info:
1. It is not an eye clean diamond as per Gemologist.
2. https://www.adiamor.com/Diamonds/G-SI2-Excellent-Cut-Round-Diamond/D34467595
3. I see it has a black crystal off the table, which is good. It is a hard black inclusion, but it's not in the table. We can set that diamond so the inclusion is near the prong, but it is not what we'd consider "prongable" meaning we can hide the inclusion under the prong. With that said, if these are for earrings, I think this is a perfectly fine choice. Viewed from about 12 inches or so, I'd consider this eye-clean.

Hi OP - I am certainly not an expert however have a suggestion. Check with some of the vendors that we on this site use - Whiteflash, BrianGavin and Yekutiel at ID Jewelry. If you speak with Yekutiel and give him your budget, etc. he will find stones for you and give you an honest assessment. It's worth it to shop around. Good luck. Hoping some of the experts chime in to help you out.

Or post your budget here with desired specs, and let the passionate PSers point you to awesome prospects.

Hi Thanks all
My budget is 2000 USD and looking for ~ 0.5 carat each earring (excellent cut, SI2 or better with H or better color)

You might want to talk to Yuketiel at ID Jewelry. He is good at finding stones that meet tight specs.

I couldnt find any .5 stones that work work (maybe if I go down to J I can find some) but here are two True Hearts, AGS000 (well cut),
E colored SI2 stones that would be worth checking out. .44 (4.89mm size). If interested, double check with JA to make sure they are not
cloudy. Their grade making inclusions are feathers but they do have some twinning wisp.

For your budget, Yekutiel at ID Jewelry should be able to work his magic. He seems to have done so for the many other satisfied PSers who've used him!
