secret medium fluor

OK, I'm calling it secret as I have this diamond for a year now but I've never seen it go blue. I've seen individual facets turning sky blue but I think that's just reflection of the surrounding. I've even put it under the uv light in the nail salon - nothing happens. Guess my question is, does it take very concentrated uv lights for the fluor to show?
